Documents related to a lease agreement between American Realty Company, Kennebec Division, F. H. Colby, Agent, and Somerset Railroad Co. Included in the packet are:
1) A letter on American Realty Company letterhead, signed by F. H. Colby, granting permission to H. H. Robinson, Engineer, Somerset RR Co, to work on land held by American Realty Co. "for the purpose of laying out and building such sidings as are needed for lumbering purposes, as directed by Mr. J.J. Lander, and myself..." The letter is dated July 23, 1907.
2) A note in pencil from Th. Dunn to Mr. Parkman requesting a response to a note.
3) A note reading "Is this at Lander or Mosquito or Lake Moxie or all? The answer is boxed at the bottom of the note: Yes All.
4) Document envelope bearing dates of July 23, 1907 and a notation the the line was abandoned, 1936.
